Guidance on using the SRW web

Location

The SRW web can help you visualize this state of affairs. This instrument shows at a glance what your strengths and challenges are, where the competences you have already acquired lie, what growth margin there is still, to what extent you have mastered your professional attitude... It is a thermometer with which you gauge and indicate how far you are. at that moment, the growth of the professional attitude and the competences to be acquired is in progress.

The SRW web is also a working tool that provides direction when formulating goals and actions in your growth process as a youth professional.

The use of the SRW web fits within the objectives within the quadrant 'self as a working tool'.
